Deposit: All deposits and/or any prepayments are NON refundable or transferable. By providing your credit/debit card you understand and agree, that deposit is non refundable. By making a booking and leaving deposit customer agrees to all terms and conditions of the Emperor Limousine and Party Bus policy. Customer agrees that putting down a deposit is equivalent to signing the contract. Customer acknowledges that he/she is at least 18 years of age or older by making a reservation.
Balance: The remaining balance of the trip has to be paid to the chauffeur upon his arrival on the day of the service. You can pay Cash, Zelle or Venmo to contact@emperorpartybus.com You may also send us a check at least 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled service date.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price. Customers are welcome to provide gratuity directly to the driver at the time of their service.
Services: All hourly services like Weddings, Charters, Quinceaneras, School Dances, Proms (only straight hours) include unlimited stops and mileage. The One Way and Roundtrip it is just a transfer from point A to Point B and back. It does not include any extra stops or extra driving. Also Emperor Limousine and Party Bus can’t guarantee the same vehicle for the returning trip. Customers are not allowed to leave any belongings, drinks, coolers and etc in a vehicle.
Waiting Charges: All hourly trips are exempt from waiting charges. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. For all SUV limousines overtime is billed at $4 dollars per minute, for party buses $5-7 per minute depending on a size of the bus.
Extra Stop Charges: All hourly trips include unlimited stops & mileage and there is no extra charge for adding extra stops within the time frame of a charter. For all Point to Point, One Way or Roundtrips there is $50 charge for each extra stop. Extra stop can’t be longer than 15 min, then the transfer becomes a 4 hour charter. Hourly rate for charters vary between vehicles.
No-Show Charges: A No-Show charge is the full payment of the contract. No Show charges will apply in the event the Client is NOT present at the location provided at the time of reservation.
Chauffeur waits for the client for 30 minutes and informs the dispatch of a no-show. A no-show charge also applies if Client fails to cancel the reservation and the Chauffeur is dispatched.
Cancelation: All Hourly, One way and Roundtrip service cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick up date to avoid full balance due. Wedding/Quinceanera (Cotillion) cancellations need to be received at least 7 days from scheduled event date. If the customer chooses to cancel within 7 days from the scheduled date, full balance will be due.
Text Message/Calls: The customer consents to receive Text Messages/Calls as a method of notification from the Emperor Limousine and Party Bus. We do not solicit.
Chicago Ordinance for Drinking on the Vehicle: Effective June 1st 2017, a registered/Licensed Security guard is needed if there is alcohol on board for 15+ passenger vehicles operating within the city limits of Chicago. Also, vehicles are required to have audio/video recording cameras. Note: An additional $150.00 charge applies to hire a guard for a 4 hour required minimum.
Itineraries Involving Chicago: Per the Chicago Ordinance, the client must provide all stop locations and addresses before starting the trip.
Recommendation: Please include as many stops as you want to the itinerary before you start the trip. At your discretion, you may skip any stop during the course of travel. Adding additional locations is NOT permitted once the trip has started. This ordinance applies ONLY to the City of Chicago.
Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be no more than specified number in contract or limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry.
Confirmations: All bookings need to be definitely confirmed, including pick up/drop off locations and time, all stops and hours of the service 48 hours before the trip. After 48 hours Emperor Limousine and Party Bus can’t guarantee to modify the reservation. It’s customer’s responsibility to provide itinerary. As soon as you get confirmation please check to make sure all information (date, time, addresses and etc) is correct.
Vehicle Damage: Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of customer’s group, or customer (examples: vehicle damages caused from smoking, burns, vomiting, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicles, kicking windows/mirrors, and etc…) and authorizes Emperor Limousine and Party Bus to charge the guaranteeing credit card for the expenses regardless and in addition to any prior understandings and agreements.
Cleanup Fee: There’s an automatic $250.00 cleaning charge for any vomiting or excessive spillage. Each punctured hole in the seat will be assessed a fee of $250. This fee may be higher depending on the amount of cleaning and downtime to the vehicle. If a greater amount of time is required to clean the vehicle as a result of the Client, Emperor Limousine and Party Bus may charge the Client an additional fee of up to $100 to cover additional time, material and resources.
Smoking is prohibited in all of our limousines/buses. Each incident will be assessed a fee of $250. If the customer continues to smoke after the first notice, the driver will terminate the order immediately with no refunds.
Conduct of Passengers: Emperor Limousine and Party Bus reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate. The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages by any passenger under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. Emperor Limousine and Party Bus has a zero tolerance policy for possession of illegal substances in the vehicle. Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Pets, Livestock and Other Dangerous Or Unusual Cargo, Weapons of any type, including firearms, are strictly forbidden on any Equipment (whether in baggage or on the person) at any time. Transportation of explosives, fireworks and other flammable, combustible, toxic or otherwise dangerous material or items or pets or livestock of any kind are also strictly forbidden, even if intended to be transported in the baggage compartment of the vehicle. If previously approved by the Company, oxygen for medical use is permitted, but is so used at the sole responsibility of the Client. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of services and payment due in full for entire reservation. Driver will terminate services immediately and return passengers to the point of initial pickup. Emerging from the sun roof, windows, standing on balcony while the vehicle is moving, opening doors or throwing items out while the vehicle is in operation is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in termination of the charter. If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that Emperor Limousine and Party Bus deems valid, no refund of money will be made.
Objectionable Person: Emperor Limousine and Party Bus reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxication of any kind or are likely to become objectionable to other persons safety. The driver or security guard will inform the local authorities or call emergency 911. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). If any fighting, brawling, or pushing will occur inside or around any of our vehicles, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. Also, if any verbal confrontations will occur with customers and any other people, services will be terminated with no refund as well.
Lost and Found: Emperor Limousine is NOT responsible for any articles (wallets, phones, cameras & etc) left in the limousine. It is recommended to check the belongings before you leave the vehicle upon completion of the trip.
Negligent behavior: Emperor Limousine and Party Bus is not responsible for any injuries that occur inside and/or outside any of their limousines/buses caused by the Customer’s negligence. The customers accept full liability for injuries and harm that occurs during and/or after the services caused by the Customer’s negligence.
Vehicle upgrade Emperor Limousine and Party Bus reserves the right to upgrade a limousine/bus without notice. If there is a scheduling conflict or mechanical issues with the reserved limousine, we reserve the right to send a different model, but same or better capacity and value limousine/bus.
Dance and/or “Entertainment” poles in limousines and party buses are for decoration/aesthetic purposes only. Emperor Limousine and Party Bus is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages incurred due to the use of Dance/”Entertainment” poles or other equipment on the party buses or limousines.
Wedding and Quinceanera decorations such as pom poms, Just Married, Red Carpet and others, will only be affixed weather permitting.
Music: All of our Limousines and Party Buses are Bluetooth compatible.
Video: All of our vehicles are equipped with video recording & surveillance equipment.
Please note: Emperor Limousine and Party Bus is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to but not limited to Mother Nature or to circumstances beyond our control e.g. accident, traffic jam, etc. A prorated credit will be issued for delayed services or a complete refund will be issued in case Emperor Limousine and Party Bus is not able to deliver service.
Limitation of Liability: Emperor Limousine and Party Bus SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT OR FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WTG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT Emperor Limousine and Party Bus SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN
THE SINGLE FARE FEE FOR THE DAY IN QUESTION.
Non-payment or Collection Fees: Customer agrees to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, all lawyer and court expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during, and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings, to collect in case of non-payment.
Customer authorizes Emperor Limousine and Party Bus to bill the credit/debit card on file (same card used for the deposit) for any charges for damages, extra stops/overtime, sanitation fee, non-smoking fee, and any other fees that may be incurred as a result of the rental described in this agreement. Customer agrees to pay for any collection expenses and/or attorney, court fees and costs associated with Emperor Limousine and Party Bus collection efforts.
FAILURE OF CUSTOMER TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICE, REQUIRING PAYMENT IN FULL WITH NO REFUND
